Referral amount percentages are based on final sales price and are as follows:
Up to 200K = .004
Up to 300K = .005
From 300K+ = .006
The only requirements are:
1) You have to have a current real estate license (whether active or inactive).
2) You cannot actively be associated with any other real estate company.
3) Referrals must be new to Toni's Real Estate Services, and
4) Actual Closings must take place in order to receive Referral fees.
You can refer anyone with a real estate need anywhere in the world and be paid a referral fee. Once registered, all it takes is a phone call – it's that easy!
