Tenant Screening / Applications:
TradeMark Realty, Inc. offers Tenant Screening Services. This service is offered to landlords who do not currently have an in-house screening process and would like to reduce the risks of renting to tenants with poor rental history and/or bad credit. There is no additional charge to landlords who list rental property through TradeMark Realty, Inc.
As mentioned, the screening service is provided to landlords who enter into exclusive right to rent/lease agreements with TradeMark Realty, Inc. at no additional charge. Please know that there is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee, per adult applicant, that will be charged to each applicant over the age of 18. The fee is necessary to cover the costs of the credit and background checks.

Credit & Background Check:
Service includes running credit history along with sex offender data base, eviction history, employment verification, current and past landlord verification, and credit fraud or fraudulent activity. Applicants who are not approved will receive letters via mail as a follow-up to the application process.

Condominium Association Management Services:
Condominium Management Services offered to small to medium size condominium associations include: obtaining Tax ID numbers; filing yearly tax returns for the Association; creating all pertinent bank accounts; collecting fees, other income, or other accounts receivables; imposing fines and/or penalties (according to the Will of the Trustees); accounts payable; coordinating monthly and/or seasonal services with various vendors; and providing 6D certificates and/or Questionnaires.
